History

The chronicle roots of the company lay back to 1985 when it initially established the profound Al-Muhaidb Residence & Apartments. Due to the success and popularity of the business, the company decided to grow its network across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia resulting in the establishment of numerous projects in the following years. Since then, the company has served the hospitality industry with an innovative, inspiring and intimate approach to amenities and services.  The company continued to grow and introduced their vibrant 4 star hotels in 2011 which provided advanced architecture, spaces and great acquaintance. 

In 2018, after immense success and recognition, the company introduced a parent company known as EWAA Hotels to promote the existing brands under one prominent and strong brand name with an inspiring history of serving for more than 30 years in hospitality. Today, EWAA Hotels stand as the unique server of hospitality. The creativity of the company in providing personalized services to guests has remained steady and hence resulting in 54 three-star State of the Art properties, covering 14 cities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and three 4 star properties in Riyadh with several upcoming projects as well.
